    Abstract: An electronic vaporizing device has a reservoir tank that reseals after penetration. A reservoir tank sealed with the septum membrane is exposed for refilling (and initially filling) a liquid solution with a syringe needle. The liquid solution contains an active ingredient such as nicotine, THC or pharmaceutical. The septum membrane is be pierced by the syringe needle and then automatically resealed when withdrawn due to durometer and anti-coring characteristics of the septum membrane.
