The nestable container includes a first ledge and a second ledge. The first and second ledges each have a proximal end region and a distal end region. The proximal end region of the first ledge is connected with the exterior surface of the corner region. The proximal end region of the first ledge comprises a groove and the distal end region of the first ledge comprises a ridge. The proximal end region of the second ledge is connected with the interior surface of the corner region. The proximal end region of the second ledge comprises a groove and the distal end region of the second ledge comprises a ridge.

Abstract: A wipes container designed for one-handed use. The wipes container may have a three-dimensional orifice to facilitate access to wipes stored therein. The wipes container may have additional convenience features, including an ergonomic opening button, gripping feet, and a size ratio consistent with moisture retention and one-handed operation. Methods and structures for communicating the proper use of the ergonomic features of the container are also provided.

Some of the systems and/or methods include creating a 3-dimensional simulation of a product that includes an outer part and an inner part, determining a deformation characteristic of the product, and simulating an interaction of the inner part with the outer part. Similarly, in some of the systems and/or methods a characteristic of interaction may be measured from the interaction, a determination may be made regarding whether the characteristic of interaction meets a predetermined threshold. In some of the systems and/or methods, in response to determining that the characteristic of interaction meets the predetermined threshold, an output may be sent indicating product design acceptability. In response to determining that the characteristic of interaction does not meet the predetermined threshold, the 3-dimensional simulation may be iteratively altered until the characteristic of interaction meets the predetermined threshold.

The wipes container is formed at least partially from a first polymer and the first polymer is synthetic and at least partially derived from a renewable resource via a first intermediate monomeric compound. The wipes container includes a lid and a base such that at least one of the lid and the base comprises a bio-based content of about 10% to about 100% using ASTM D6866-10, method B. Methods of forming a wipes product are also provided.

Abstract: A box package containing stacked disposable absorbent articles is disclosed. The package has a pair of top flaps, and a handle cutout on each flap. In one embodiment a handle reinforcing material may be disposed between the handle cutouts. In one embodiment the handle cutouts may be partial, and attached portions of material forming residual cutout flaps may remain attached within the cutouts. Other structural elements may be present to maximize economy of space while maintaining structural integrity, conserving materials and providing a package that is convenient for consumers.
