  • Publication number: 20040264127
Abstract: A computer case includes a case body defining a storage compartment and a ceiling window on a top platform, and a ceiling ventilation arrangement including a supporting frame and a ventilation fan unit. The supporting frame includes a base, having a fan cavity, mounted on the top platform to communicate the fan cavity with the storage compartment, and a protective cover pivotally connected with the base. The ventilation fan unit is coupled with the protective cover, wherein the ventilation fan unit is driven by the protective cover to move between a storage position that the protective cover is folded to enclose the fan cavity and to protect the ventilation fan unit therewithin and an operated position that the protective cover is folded to drive the ventilation fan unit to inclinedly supported within the fan cavity for providing a sucking force to suck hot air within the storage compartment.

  • Patent number: 6400004
Abstract: A leadless semiconductor package mainly comprises a semiconductor chip disposed on a die pad and electrically connected to a plurality of leads arranged around the die pad. There are a plurality of tie bars connected to the die pad. The lower surface of each lead has an indentation formed corresponding to one of the bottom edges of the package. The semiconductor chip, the leads and the tie bars are encapsulated in a package body wherein the lower surface of each lead is exposed from the bottom surface of the package except the indentation thereof.

  • Patent number: 5275073
Abstract: A film dispenser having a housing with side and bottom walls, a film roll receptacle and a ledge located forwardly of the receptacle. A heating wire is mounted transverse to the direction of movement of film from the film roll when mounted in the film roll receptacle. A power supply is coupled to the output lines in series with said heating wire. A switch is mounted on the housing in series with the power supply and the heating wire and is operative upon closing to permit the passage of electrical current through the wire. An elongated channel piece is pivotally mounted such that the pivot point is movable to a limited extent and, in response to pulling up film from the film roll, the movement of the channel piece causes the switch to close and at the same time pinches the film against the housing. Upon being released, the channel piece causes the opening of the switch and removes substantially all of the pinching effect.
