    Abstract: A clip for securing a fence wire to a post and a tool for using the clip. The clip is formed from a piece of wire having: The tool includes: two prongs spaced apart for each other a distance roughly equal to the distance between the outer bends of the clip. In use, an aperture is formed by the interaction between the clip and a fence wire. The prongs are inserted through the apertures so formed and rotated to cause the outer portions of the clip to wrap around the fence wire.
