  • Publication number: 20170293643
Abstract: Data describing code sets of multiple systems is received. The received data includes a first code set associated with a first system and a second code set associated with a second system. Equivalencies between the first code set and the second code set are determined based on (1) logical definitions associated with the first code set and logical definitions associated with the second code set and (2) one or more outputs associated with the first system and one or more outputs associated with the second system. A coding scheme is identified to standardize the codes in the first code set and the codes in the second code set. Codes of the first code set are mapped to codes of the second code set using the coding scheme.

  • Patent number: 8666765
Abstract: An online health care consumer portal for accessing one or more health-related services by a health care consumer. The consumer portal includes an authentication module for identifying the health care consumer upon receiving an online identification token, and a database for maintaining health care information comprising a plurality of health records. The consumer portal also includes a rules engine module for applying a set of rules to the one or more health records corresponding to the consumer to determine an impairment profile of the health care consumer based on the health records corresponding to the health care consumer and an online user interface for providing access to the health-related services. The online user interface is configurable from a default configuration to a second configuration upon identification by the authentication module, the second configuration adapted to facilitate use of the online user interface according to the impairment profile.

  • Publication number: 20130311405
Abstract: Data describing human-machine interfaces available to a user, facts relating to a circumstance of the user, a current human-machine interface being employed by the user, and an initial sentiment associated with the circumstance of the user is received. A target sentiment is computed based on the facts relating to a circumstance of the user. A navigation path to achieve the target sentiment based on the initial sentiment is determined. The next-best human-machine interface to be employed by the user is determined based on the navigation path, the one or more human-machine interfaces available to the user, and the current human-machine interface being employed by the user.

  • Publication number: 20130311967
Abstract: Data identifying two or more functionally similar systems is received. Functional similarities across the two or more functionally similar systems are identified. The functional similarities are grouped into one or more categories. A proportion of each of the grouped functional similarities relative to each of the two or more functionally similar systems is measured. Based on the proportion of each of the grouped functional similarities, a non-redundant system comprising at least some functionality from each of the two or more functionally similar systems is identified.

  • Publication number: 20130250960
Abstract: A service request message is received. The service request message includes a payload portion and a context portion. Constituency specific attributes of the service request message and domain specific attributes of the service request message are identified from the payload portion. Context attributes, a service consumer identity, a service name and a service version are identified from the context portion. A service registry is queried using the service consumer identity, the service name and the service version to identify service metadata. An endpoint address to route the service request message is identified using the one or more constituency specific attributes, the one or more domain specific attributes and the service metadata.

  • Publication number: 20130197938
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media for creating and using a health data record. Data relating to a patient's health is received from one or more information sources. The data includes unstructured data and structured data elements. The unstructured data is parsed to identify data elements. At least some of the structured data elements and at least some of the data elements parsed from the unstructured data are normalized to create normalized data elements. A weight is assigned to the normalized data elements. The normalized data elements are mapped in accordance with an ontology. The mapped data is stored in a data repository in accordance with a data model.

  • Publication number: 20130066820
Abstract: The systems and methods relate to decision making processes. Data associated with a request for a decision is received. Risks associated with the request are identified. Decision queries associated with each of the identified risks are determined. Any non-standard attributes associated with each of the identified risks are identified. A confidence level threshold for each of the identified risks is determined. A decision recommendation, generated by a machine learning component, is received. The decision recommendation includes a response to each of the one or more decision queries, determined based on the exceptional attributes, if any, and a confidence level associated with the response. The confidence level is compared to the confidence level threshold. Based on the comparison, a decision path for responding to the request is determined. Decision path actions are determined based on the decision path.
