    Abstract: In an example embodiment, a method includes scanning, by an apparatus, for wireless messages associated with presence of other wireless devices including a first wireless device to which the apparatus is connected over a wireless connection; maintaining, by the apparatus, measured signal strength of wireless messages received from the connected first wireless device; detecting, by the apparatus, a second wireless message from a second wireless device, while connected to the first wireless device; comparing, by the apparatus, a measured signal strength of the second wireless message, with the maintained signal strength associated with the first wireless device; and switching, by the apparatus, the connection from the first wireless device to the second wireless device when the measured signal strength of the second wireless message is greater than the maintained signal strength associated with the first wireless device.
