  • Publication number: 20240062919
Abstract: A plasma compression system comprises a plasma containment vessel, an annular rotating core inside the vessel, and a plurality of compression drivers fixedly mounted to an outer surface of the vessel wall. The annular rotating core contains a liquid medium and is rotatable to circulate the liquid medium and form a liquid liner with a cavity. The rotating core comprises an outer surface spaced from an inner surface of the vessel wall to define an annular gap, and a plurality of implosion drivers each comprising a pusher bore with a pusher piston slideable therein. Each pusher bore extends through the rotating core. The plurality of compression drivers compresses a compression fluid in the annular gap and creates a pressure pulse, such that when the rotating core rotates and the liquid medium fills the pusher bores, the pusher pistons are operable to push the liquid medium inwards to collapse the liquid liner and compress a plasma in the cavity.

  • Patent number: 4684135
Abstract: A game is provided for stimulating innovation and exercising fundamental thinking and communication skills. Each game player is provided with a game card which is imprinted with pictorial illustrations and legends characterizing a predetermined number of different kinds of stories which each player is to tell during the course of play. Each player in turn randomly selects the primary characteristics of a story to be told. The player then randomly selects a randomly predetermined number of graphic images, these being then used by the player in telling a story of the previously selected character. On successfully completing the telling of the story, the player is given a frame to place about the particular pictorial illustration bearing the characterizing legend for the story just told. The game is completed when a player has first provided frames about all the pictorial illustrations on his game card.

  • Patent number: 4637799
Abstract: Matrix of discrete visual representations are presented either as individual cards to be arranged in some pattern, or in a predetermined, fixed arrangement with respect to one another. In the first matrix, a subject arranges a base group of cards presented to him, these cards bearing representations which is a group display examples of the same concept between at least next adjacent cards and which can be arranged in a logical sequence, and then verbalizes what that arrangement means. Cards in succeeding additional groups presented are not logically related to one another as a group, however, certain cards in each additional group have a logical connection to certain cards making up a preceding group. The subject can substitute cards logically connected into the predetermined pattern, making up a new story about what the new pattern means.
