  • Publication number: 20090024816
Abstract: A storage device includes an interface for receiving and outputting messages for processing data units, wherein each data unit includes message input field parameters, message output field parameters, and content field parameters, a non-volatile memory for storing data units, a volatile memory, and a processor coupled to the interface, the non-volatile memory and the volatile memory, for manipulation of the parameter values in the data units, and storing the data units in at least one of the non-volatile memory and the volatile memory.

  • Publication number: 20080155262
Abstract: A storage device has a storage medium, a set of credentials stored on the storage medium, and a controller. The controller within the storage device is coupled to the storage medium, and adapted to identify security status of the storage device. The controller is adapted to alter one or more credentials of the set of credentials responsive to the security status.

  • Publication number: 20070073140
Abstract: A circuit for isolating line voltage from a patient in an MRI environment, uses a filter network tuned to line voltage and incorporating blocking capacitors to eliminate the need for bulky air core transformers, complex energy transfer systems, and ferromagnetic components, while providing reduced heating such as might produce patient discomfort.

    Publication date: March 29, 2007
    Inventors: Stephen Fisher, Robert Harwell
  • Publication number: 20060247512
Abstract: A portable, wireless patient monitor may be placed with the patient in the bore of an MRI machine eliminating the need for separate cabling between the MRI machine and an external monitoring unit. In one embodiment, the patient monitor may be attached to the patient's shoulder by a harness or the like which may also serve to corral leads between the patient monitor and the patient.

  • Patent number: 4977860
Abstract: A stay assembly comprising a tether, a tether retracting mechanism carried by an animal collar and a slotted clip body carried by the belt of a person. One end of the tether is secured to a spool biased by a spring of the retracting mechanism and the other end of the tether has an enlarged member which is quickly attachable to and releasable from the slot of the belt clip body in which it is securely held by the tension applied to the tether by the spring biased spool. The animal collar may be attached to a wall of the retracting mechanism or pass through a channel within the housing of this mechanism.
