  • Publication number: 20240161126
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include methods and computer-implemented distributed ledger technology (“DLT”) systems based at least in part upon energy usage and savings. Disclosed embodiments include instructions to cause at least one server device and related data processing and storage apparatus to operate over a peer-to-peer network to provide a system having a carbon tracker module that records a transaction comprising an amount of energy incoming from a power grid or an amount of energy savings from energy savings equipment, along with the environmental and other attributes of such energy, wherein the transaction includes identifying data and the carbon tracker module sends such data to a DLT network after verification and validation utilizing AI and/or ML, and wherein the DLT network comprises a plurality of nodes that execute a software verification algorithm that includes a cryptographic hash value based at least in part upon transaction identifying data.

  • Publication number: 20230316413
Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, software, and apparatuses may determine, for a geographic region and based on geolocation data, a plurality of sub-regions, where each sub-region of the plurality of sub-regions may include real properties with a shared profile. The system may associate, with each sub-region, a collection of coordinate pairs, where each coordinate pair comprises a latitude and a longitude, and the collection describes a boundary of a geometric shape corresponding to the sub-region. The system may associate, with the geographic region, geometric shapes corresponding to the plurality of sub-regions. The system may associate, with each geometric shape, a rating factor for the real properties located within the sub-region corresponding to the geometric shape. The system may store the geometric shapes and rating factors, and may generate, based on the rating factor and for the real properties located within the sub-region, an output, and provide the generated output.

  • Publication number: 20070233282
Abstract: A method includes receiving at least one process control value from a deterministic process control environment according to an execution cycle of the deterministic process control environment. The method also includes providing the at least one process control value to a non-deterministic process according to an execution cycle of the non-deterministic process. The execution cycle of the non-deterministic process does not correspond to the execution cycle of the deterministic process control environment.

  • Patent number: 4762089
Abstract: An improved horse grooming stall utilizing tether devices on opposite side walls, each tether device having a spring-biased spool for controlling withdrawal and retraction of a retaining strap. A horse is groomed by latching the straps of the tether devices to opposite sides of the horse's harness to hold it essentially stationary during grooming without risk of injury.

  • Patent number: 4266508
Abstract: An apparatus for simultaneously exercising a plurality of horses or like animals, having a frame the walls of which define a plurality of spaced stalls within each of which a horse may be confined for exercising. Gates are provided in the frame for entry into and exit from each stall of a horse, and reins are provided in each stall for fastening to the bridle of a horse. A plurality of wheels are affixed to one end of the frame and a towing bar assembly is affixed to the other end thereof to facilitate pulling of the apparatus behind a self-powered vehicle. Horses are exercised by positioning one in each stall, fastening the reins thereof to their bridles, and towing the apparatus behind a self-powered vehicle, causing the horses to jog within their respective stalls in the direction of movement of the vehicle.
