Abstract: A jobsite box includes a body, the body having an interior, an exterior, and a lid, a key pad positioned on the exterior of the body, the key pad being in communication with a controller positioned on the body, a locking mechanism connected to the body, the locking mechanism being configured to lock and unlock the jobsite box, a battery positioned in the interior of the body, the battery configured to power the locking mechanism. The controller is configured to lock or unlock the locking mechanism when a predetermined code is entered into the key pad.

Abstract: A storage structure for a scaffold is disclosed. In one embodiment, the storage structure includes at least one back panel, at least two side panels, and at least one door. The at least one back panel and the two side panels are configured to be affixed to the frame of a scaffold, and the at least one door is rotatably affixed to one of the two side panels. When the panels and the door are secured to the frame of the scaffold, an interior is defined having sides formed by the panels and door, and a top and a bottom each formed by horizontal decks of the scaffold. The panels and door hook and clamp into place on existing scaffold structures, and do not require that the scaffold be modified.

Abstract: A mountable and multi-positionable, portable table assembly is provided for attachment to a table or cart. The table comprises a panel, a frame, and at least one locking hinge connecting the panel and the frame. The panel has a top surface and a bottom surface, and the frame has at least one flange extending therefrom. The locking hinge is secured to the bottom surface of the panel and to the at least one flange on the frame, and provides for movement of the panel in a variety of positions.

Abstract: A storage container with a drain feature is disclosed. In one embodiment, the storage container includes an inner compartment having a top wall, a bottom wall, and two side walls, a vertical post extending from the bottom wall, the vertical post having at least one opening formed on a front side, and at least one latch rod formed on a back side, and a drain feature positioned the back side of the vertical post, the drain feature including a guard, a ramp, and a sump. The drain feature interacts with the at least one latch rod.

Abstract: A latch assembly for use in a storage container is provided, and comprises a bracket having a body, a first side, and a second side, the bracket being releasably secured to the first or the second body component of the storage container. The first side includes a protruding segment. The body includes at least one slot positioned thereon, the bracket being secured to the storage container via a fastener inserted through the at least one slot. The latch assembly also includes a handle secured to the bracket. When the handle is moved in a first direction, the bracket moves from a latched position to an unlatched position where the protruding segment passes through a lock box assembly, and when the handle is moved in a second direction, the bracket moves from an unlatched position to a latched position where the lock box assembly blocks movement of the protruding segment. The latch assembly is used in conjunction with a lock system.

Abstract: A lock system for a tool box is disclosed wherein locking is achieved with a lock which is located in a recessed portion along the front wall of the tool box in order to prevent tampering. A latch rod is slidably disposed adjacent a front wall of the box. The lock and the latch rod are disposed such that the lock body blocks the longitudinal movement of a lock engager and maintains the latch rod in the latched position when the lid of the tool box is in the closed position and the lock is locked. When the lock is unlocked, the lock engager is allowed to move past the lock to move the latch rod to the unlatched position thereby allowing the lid of the tool box to be opened. The lock system may be used for a horizontal or a vertical tool box.
