  • Patent number: 11982489
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for an automated temperature logging and predictive alerting system for monitoring items that are being cooled or heated. In one embodiment, a predictive logging application may compare a predicted temperature curve of an item to a predefined slope to predict whether or not the item will meet a target threshold. The target threshold may be a target temperature or duration rule that can be aggregated discontinuously over a single day or multiple days. If the projected temperature curve is predicted to not meet the target threshold, the logging application may send alerts notifying a client of available corrective actions. In projecting the predicted slope, the predictive logging application may train machine learning models to analyze historical data associated with the item and the user.

  • Publication number: 20240130082
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing a substrate are provided herein. For example, an apparatus for processing a substrate comprises a process chamber configured to process a substrate, a substrate support comprising a heat sink configured to cool the substrate support during operation and a water trap panel comprising a pumping ring configured to cool the water trap panel such that the water trap panel condenses water vapor molecules and drops a process chamber pressure during operation, and a chiller operably coupled to the substrate support and configured to supply a cooling fluid to the substrate support via a cooling fluid line that connects to the heat sink and the pumping ring via a serial configuration or a parallel configuration.

  • Publication number: 20240008645
Abstract: A system of wall-mounted shelves is supported by at least two uprights, ideally of hollow molded plastic. The uprights are molded with screw holes for securing to a wall. The uprights are also molded with larger upright bracket holes for the insertion of tube brackets. Each upright bracket hole may be internally supported by a hollow cylindrical sleeve. The opposite end of each tube bracket serves as a shelf insert. A plurality of shelves, ideally of hollow molded plastic, each have at least two shelf bracket holes for receiving the shelf inserts. In an ideal embodiment, each tube bracket is bent at roughly a 15° angle between the upright insert and the shelf insert, so that the shelves slope downward toward the wall and prevent items from rolling forward off the shelves.

  • Publication number: 20230008256
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments of a food safety management system, including interfaces for management and reporting and a handheld computing device for checklist completion. A checklist of tasks to be performed in a food service establishment is obtained and displayed on a touchscreen of the handheld computing device. Confirmation is obtained on the touchscreen whether a task has been completed. An identifier at a location in the food service establishment is inputted to verify that a task has been completed. Temperature readings are obtained from one or more stationary sensors monitoring a food storage environment. Task completion data and temperature data are sent to a server.

  • Publication number: 20220390285
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for image-based verification of checklist items. In one embodiment, a user request is received to record a temperature reading of a food item using a handheld temperature sensor. In response to the user request, the temperature reading is received and an image of the handheld temperature sensor is captured. The image of the handheld temperature sensor is stored in association with the temperature reading.
