Retensionable stretch and glue screen printing frame (10) uses screen attachment members (13) of specific cross section to maximize the available printing surface provided by the screen frame, thereby allowing a printer to utilize standard wooden screen printing frames in constructing an adjustable tension screen printing frame without sacrificing available printing space or adding unnecessary weight.
