  • Patent number: 11738247
Abstract: A golf bag carrier has a base with opposing upper and lower base surfaces, an outer base wall between the upper and lower base surfaces and right and left arm assemblies attached to or extending from the outer base wall. The carrier also has a golf bag with an open top end, and a bottom end arranged opposite the top end that is attached to or integral with the base, and first and second wheels detachably connectable to the right and left arm assemblies, respectively. The base is virtually separated into two substantially equally sized opposing first and second base portions. The right and left arm assemblies are arranged in the first opposing base portion. A stand device deployment mechanism is arranged in the second opposing base portion, substantially opposite the arm assemblies, which are adapted to enable the first and second wheels to be detachably removed from the golf bag carrier to facilitate storage.

  • Publication number: 20210077890
Abstract: A six fingered glove, for sports, such as, but not limited to, golf promotes the stable grip for a grip of a golf club handle. The glove includes a hand-insertable open proximal wrist portion connected to front palm and dorsal back portions. The glove has a distal array of open finger portions, a first open thumb portion and a second open thumb receiver portion positioned on the front of the palm portion. The second open thumb receiver portion is separated and spaced apart from the first open thumb portion, forming the six fingered glove, whereby the thumb and four fingers of one hand of the wearer are inserted into the first open thumb portion and the open finger portions, and the thumb of the wearer's other hand is inserted into the second open thumb receiver portion of the glove, thereby stabilizing the wearer's manual grip of the golf club handle.

  • Patent number: 9914042
Abstract: A sports glove such as those for hockey, lacrosse, cricket, baseball and the like is formed as a palm and a separate back with a continuous peripheral closure for attachment of the two parts. The fingers inside the finger stalls are protected from contact with the closure material which is typically a metallic or plastic zipper, wherein carefully proportioned padding inside the finger stalls insulates each finger side and distal end from contact with the closure thus offering adequate protection. Furthermore, a pivotable inside wrist cuff flap is provided which creates a smooth transition of inside glove liner material protecting the palm and inside wrist from contact with hook and loop closure materials in the area as the hand is inserted into the glove.

  • Patent number: 9839833
Abstract: A method of protecting a participant user, participant player, players, referee, official, coach or spectator from skin contact with an exposed connector by isolating the connector of a sports glove, which includes a front palm portion having finger stalls for insertion of fingers therein, and a rear back joinable portion which is attachable to said front palm portion by a connector, such as a zipper. The method includes the step of removably covering the zipper connector with a friction fit fly cover having an attachment end and a free end, wherein further lifting of the free end of the fly cover exposes the zipper for participant user engagement therewith. The fly cover prevents any exposure of the metallic or plastic connector.

  • Patent number: 9364731
Abstract: A hockey stick blade of a type having a puck-striking body of weight and an imparting construction material inclined at a selected angle for driving a struck puck a corresponding selected height during its trajectory, has spaced-apart top and bottom surfaces bounding a striking surface there between. A method of improving weight distribution includes removing construction material from the top surface, relocating at least part of said removed construction material or its weight from top surface to clearance positions below the top surface located toward the bottom surface. The removed construction material is from a location not used during puck-striking service of the hockey stick blade, and the removed construction material in the relocated positions contribute to increasing the height attained by the puck struck by the blade.
