  • Patent number: 9317253
Abstract: In one embodiment, a shift register is provided. The LFSR includes a plurality of processing stages coupled in series, each configured to implement N taps of the LFSR. N single-tap circuits are coupled together in series and arranged to implement the last N taps of the LFSR. Each coefficient(s) of a feedback polynomial of the LFSR is implemented by one of the taps of the plurality of processing stages or the N single-tap circuits. A feedback generation circuit is configured to provide, for each of the plurality of processing stages, a respective feedback signal as a function of polynomial coefficients implemented by the processing stage and output from one or more of the N single tap circuits.

  • Publication number: 20140317968
Abstract: A clamp-on bucket attachment having hinged fork arms, which prevent the fork arms from being bent or damaged when the loader bucket is lowered while tilted downward. The clamp-on bucket attachment of this invention includes a pivoting fork arm and a separate clamping member detachably mounted to the loader bucket. The fork arm is pivotally connected to the clamp member for free movement between a tilt position where the fork arm is angled with respect to the bottom of the loader bucket and a lift position where the fork arm is parallel to the bottom of the loader bucket. In the lift position, the fork arm abuts against the clamp member to hold it parallel to the bottom of the loader bucket under load.

  • Patent number: 8429482
Abstract: In one embodiment, a multi-stage decoder circuit is provided. Each stage of the decoder circuit is configured to perform one or more decoding iterations and produce an error mask indicating errors detected in the decoding stage. A compression circuit is coupled to one or more of the decoder stages and is configured to generate, for each of one or more of the plurality of decoder stages, a respective compressed error mask from the error mask produced by the decoder stage. A buffer circuit is coupled to the compression circuit and is configured to buffer the compressed error masks. A decompression circuit is coupled to the buffer circuit and is configured to decompress each of the compressed error masks. A combination circuit is coupled to the decompression circuit and is configured to combine the decompressed error masks into a single error mask.

  • Publication number: 20090206621
Abstract: The hand-held toting device allows an individual to comfortably and conveniently hold and carry multiple grocery bags, luggage, cases, tool boxes and other such items. The toting device includes a handle and a rotating support rack. The support rack has an inverted T-shaped configuration formed by a cylindrical central column and a pair of opposed boom arms. Multiple items can be suspended from each of the boom arms. The handle provides a comfortable grip to hold and carry the items and rotates so that the carried items oriented to the natural ergonomic position of the individual's hand.

  • Patent number: 5400997
Abstract: The invention relates to an adjustable anchoring base for road sign posts, posts which are elements of a structural system, and the like. The object of the invention is to provide a pre-manufactured permanent anchoring base, intended primarily for installation approximately flush with finish grade, which allows rapid and simple initial mounting, temporary remounting of damaged posts, plumb alignment, and secure positioning of varied types of posts. The invention is comprised of a bottom component of heavy, cast material having embedded anchor bolts protruding above its top surface, the center of said component formed as a cavity of vertically slanted and tapered faces into which a post is inserted, centered, supported and restrained horizontally at the cavity's bottom surface. The top component restrains the post both horizontally and vertically, and is comprised of adjustable anchoring plates with slotted holes, flat ring washers, and threaded nuts, all secured to the bottom component's anchor bolts.
