  • Publication number: 20180032575
Abstract: Computer-implemented techniques for data extraction are described. The techniques include a method and system for retrieving an extraction job specification, wherein the extraction job specification comprises a source repository identifier that identifies a source repository comprising a plurality of data records; a data recipient identifier that identifies a data recipient; and a schedule that indicates a timing of when to retrieve the plurality of data records. The method and system further include retrieving the plurality of data records from the source repository based on the schedule, creating an extraction transaction from the plurality of data records, wherein the extraction transaction comprises a subset of the plurality of data records and metadata, and sending the extraction transaction to the data recipient.

  • Publication number: 20170113847
Abstract: The invention relates to a container made of glass or hard plastic having a container neck (52) with a plurality of external thread elements (53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58), which are offset circumferentially relative to one another, as thread segments. The container can be closed by means of the thread segments by a closure cap made of metal sheet, wherein the closure cap (1, 2) has a circumferential plastic layer (30;30h,30v) on the inside of the cap and on the rim of the cap which has a sealing and retaining action. The closure cap can be pressed onto the container neck (52) and over the thread elements (53, 54, 55, . . . ) during closure and a vertical portion (30v) of the plastic layer can be opened with a rotary movement relative to the thread segments (53, 54, 55, . . . ). The container neck (52) has an upper horizontal end face (52a) as an annular surface which is adapted and suitable to be pressed into a horizontal portion (30 h) of the plastic layer (30;30h,30v) of the closure cap (1.

  • Publication number: 20170050771
Abstract: What is proposed is a closure unit consisting of a glass container (50) with external, circumferentially offset threaded elements (54, 55) on a container neck (52) of the glass container, and a closure cover made of sheet metal, wherein the closure cover (1, 2) has an encircling plastics layer (30; 30h, 30v) on the inside of the cover. The closure cover is pressed onto the container neck (52) and can be opened with a rotational movement via the threaded elements (54, 55) and a vertical section (30v) of the plastics layer. The container neck (52) has a horizontal end surface (52a) on which a horizontal section (30h) of the plastics layer rests under pressure in a sealing manner. A central region (11) of the closure cover passes with an adjoining, circumferentially oriented transition zone (11a, 11b, 11c) into an axially downwardly projecting skirt section (12) which ends in a roll-up region (21a, 21; 22).

  • Patent number: 6925444
Abstract: A system and method create and share purchasing lists in a network system. The system and method utilize a consumer user interface. The consumer user interface provides the consumer the ability to create a purchase list by receiving advertisement data on the consumer device, selecting an item desired for purchase, identifying the purchase list for the item to be saved, creating the purchase list if the purchase list identified does not exist, and saving the item to the identified purchase list. The consumer user interface further provides the consumer the ability to share a purchase list by identifying a purchase list to be shared, converting the purchase list to the appropriate format, identifying a recipient of the purchase list, and transmitting the purchase list to the recipient.

  • Patent number: 6343274
Abstract: An apparatus and method provide privacy for the consumer identity and protects information concerning advertisements accessed by the consumer while still providing marketing and demographic statistics to the merchant regarding those advertisement accesses. A consumer user interface provides the consumer easy control over what advertisements the consumer is receiving and allows the consumer to easily subscribe and unsubscribe from advertisements from either particular merchants or categories of products and services. A commerce server receives the request for services from the consumer user interface program and provides the requested advertisements from specific merchants or from selected categories.

  • Publication number: 20020010623
Abstract: A system and method publish, distribute and redeem coupons on a network system. The system and method utilize a merchant server and a commerce server. The merchant server provides the merchant the ability to transmit requests to create a coupon, and transmit coupon data regarding the coupon creation. The commerce server receives the requests to create a coupon, and receives the coupon creation data. The commerce server saves the coupon data to a coupon database, and provides access to the coupon to customers on the network. A merchant server further provides the merchant the ability to receive a request for purchasing an item, and a request for redeeming a coupon for that purchase from a consumer. The merchant server verifies the coupon is a valid coupon, and allows the coupon to be redeemed in the purchase of the item if the coupon is valid. The merchant server upon redemption of the coupon, updates a coupon database to record that the coupon has been redeemed by the customer.

  • Patent number: 3932052
Abstract: A roller attachment for dump trucks has one or more road rollers mounted on a shaft which in turn is carried on the end of a pair of hydraulic piston and cylinder assemblies mounted on a beam positioned transversely of the truck and detachably secured to the frame thereof. Actuation of the hydraulic piston and cylinder assemblies from the hydraulic system of the dump truck moves the roller toward and away from a road surface so that when the roller is engaged on the road surface and the truck is moved forwardly and backwardly the roller will compact materials therebeneath.
