Abstract: A percussive massage adaptor and device for delivering effective masseusive contact with a body while providing tactile feedback to the masseuse includes a flexible hand sleeve having a pressure distribution element on a top surface above the masseuse's backhand. A reciprocating shaft, powered by a motor, contacts the pressure distribution element to distribute percussive forces to the hand and fingers of the masseuse.

Each hand fin has an internal compartment for the hand fin to be reliably held and controlled by the user. An upwardly angled, rounded peripheral lip provides lift and prevents pearling when water is flowing at the hand fin from any direction. A concave bottom and rocker creates lift and maneuverability.
