Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to an extruder for a 3D printer. The extruder for a 3D printer includes a finned head, a lower tube being accommodated at the lower portion of the finned head, a heating base accommodating a lower portion of the lower tube, and a dispensing nozzle being fitted at a coinciding hole at the heating base. The lower tube is characterized by an externally threaded opposing ends and a plain tube being made thinner in wall thickness and said plain portion made longer, and a polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) material coating the internal wall of the lower tube.

Abstract: This invention relates to a filament dispensing assembly for 3D printed objects that could manufacture particular products of excellent quality and high quantity according to its programmed specifications or special features. The filament dispensing assembly for 3D printed objects generally comprises an electric motor, a feeding roller being driven by the electric motor, a pressure wheel parallely provided with the feeding roller, a cooling fin jacketed filament tube being provided below said feeding roller, a heater being provided at the bottom end of the cooling fin jacketed tube, a dispensing nozzle being provided below said heater, and a cooling fan being provided at the lower side of the assembly and facing said heater. The feeding roller is characterized by its abrasive surface.
