Abstract: A method and systems architecture for allocating and adjusting service delivery resources in real-time on the basis of predicting associated financial profits and/or benefits to an organization. The method includes the steps of: a) determining service resource costs and characteristics, b) predicting service demand, c) setting service objectives are determined at step, d) determining a service capacity, e) setting associated service delivery rules, and f) allocating resources according to the business rules. Actual resource availability and service performance are monitored in real-time, and profitability of service performance is forecast based on real-time data and simulations. Results from profitability analysis are used to adjust predicted service demand, service objectives, service delivery rules and resource allocations in real-time.

Abstract: An automated rules-based transaction processing system supports transaction reconciliation, billing, reporting and compliance activities for securities transactions. The system collects and interprets information from multiple data sources, corrects incorrect and/or inconsistent data, and creates and formats associated billing invoices and other reports. A concise audit trail is created for compliance reporting and exception handling, and for updating the rules base.

Abstract: An apparatus for use with an existing aquarium tank for extending the aquarium tank includes an extension tank having opposite side walls, a top wall, an open bottom, an interior chamber and a shoulder between the top wall and the bottom wall for supported engagement on the top of the aquarium tank. An exhaust valve assembly includes a one way air valve, a float valve and a valve seat structured and disposed to permit one way passage of air therethrough in response to an external vacuum force, causing air to be drawn from within the interior chamber of extension tank. The apparatus further includes a sealed pump box with an air pump therein to create a vacuum force for drawing air from within the interior chamber and an aeration assembly for replenishing air to the extension tank.
