Abstract: A lift truck includes a seat assembly having a first frame and a seat bottom pivotably mounted to the frame for pivotable movement between a standing operating position and a sitting operating position. The seat bottom has an upper facing surface for supporting an operator sitting on the seat bottom when the seat bottom is in the sitting operator position and a lower surface facing outwardly when the seat bottom is in the standing operator position for supporting an operator leaning against the seat bottom.

Abstract: An energy absorbing container including a shell formed of a plastic material, one or more energy absorbing components for absorbing energy resulting from impact loads, the energy absorbing components securing a bottle stored within the container to prevent movement of the bottle within the container, and an opening mechanism for opening the container and allowing the placement or removal of a bottle therefrom.

Abstract: A portable grill includes a grill housing that holds a grill structure, at least one pivot connection, a plurality of upper leg portions that are pivotally connected to the grill housing by the at least one pivot connection, and a plurality of lower leg portions attached to the upper leg portions. Additionally the plurality of lower leg portions are configured to move with respect to the plurality of upper leg portions to form a compact position of the grill.

Abstract: The present invention is directed toward an improved barbeque grill that addresses the problems left unsolved by the barbeque grills of the prior art. More specifically the present invention relates to improvements to the hinge used to connect the grill hood to the grill cooking body or bowl, and improvements to the grill's wheel assembly. Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention is directed to a grill having a hinge comprising at least one integral post and at least one mating tab. Another embodiment is directed to a grill having a pair of wheels and a support foot that prevents the wheels from engaging the ground when the grill is stationary. Another embodiment of the present invention also relates to a grill comprising improved interchangeable table platforms on the sides of the grill cooking body, having at least one external burner incorporated therein.
