Abstract: A tie post for use with a reusable twist tie, the tie post including: a first end being configured for removable attachment to the reusable twist tie; a post extending in a longitudinal direction from the first end configured for wrapping an elongated portion of the reusable twist tie around the post; and a second end having a surface for preventing the wrapped elongated portion of the reusable twist tie from moving in the longitudinal direction off of the post. The tie post can also be integrally formed on one of first and second end caps provided on the reusable twist tie.

Abstract: A manually operated water-pic including: a body being a hollow tube; a nozzle disposed at a first end of the hollow tube: a plunger inserted into a second end of the hollow tube so as to be movable relative to the hollow tube between a retracted position and an extended position, the plunger having a seal substantially disposed at an end of the plunger; wherein the seal sealingly engaging with an inner surface of the hollow tube; and the seal defines an inner cavity in the hollow tube for holding a fluid, the inner cavity being in fluid communication with the nozzle such that fluid in the inner cavity is discharged from the nozzle when the plunger is moved towards the retracted position and fluid is drawn into the inner cavity when the plunger is moved towards the extended position.

The nozzle can be disposed on the head on a surface opposite to a surface on which the bristles are disposed. The body portion having a cavity for storing two or more gauze portions, the cavity having a first opening on the first surface for exposing one of the two or more gauze portions to the skin and a second opening on a second surface for removing the exposed gauze portion through the second opening and replacing the exposed gauze portion with another of the two or more gauze portions in the first opening. Also provided are adhesive bandages having a cavity for storing a medicament or a port, each in communication with the gauze portion for providing medicament to the gauze portion.

Abstract: A side mirror retracting vehicle alarm system for automatically retracting side mirrors of a vehicle while the alarm system is activated includes a vehicle having a side mirror and a side mirror retraction assembly. A vehicle alarm assembly is operationally associated with the vehicle for inhibiting theft of the vehicle. The vehicle alarm assembly includes an activation mechanism for selectively activating the vehicle alarm assembly to a ready state. The mirror retraction assembly is operationally coupled to the activation mechanism of the vehicle alarm assembly such that activation of the vehicle alarm assembly retracts the side mirror. In an embodiment, extension of the side mirror is achieved only by authorized deactivation of the vehicle alarm assembly.

Abstract: A gutter forming machine for forming a gutter having a vertically extended back wall for mounting the gutter on a structure. The gutter forming machine includes a plurality of upper rollers for contacting an upper surface of the material strip and a plurality of lower rollers for contacting a lower surface of the material strip. A lower roller support structure supports the plurality of lower rollers along the path and an upper roller support structure supports the plurality of upper rollers along the path. An auxiliary forming assembly is adapted for contacting a portion of the lower surface of the material strip for forming a portion of the back wall of the gutter. The auxiliary forming assembly comprises a plurality of auxiliary roller assemblies for contacting and guiding a portion of the material strip for forming an extended portion of the back wall of the gutter that extends away from the bottom wall beyond the first plane of the upper lip of the front wall.
