Abstract: Pump apparatus and pump systems for use with hydrocarbon wells are actuated in response to a working fluid delivered at a high pressure to pump a fluid to be pumped or production fluid. The pump advantageously employs translation motion of a piston. Some embodiments employ working fluids at two ports. Other embodiments employ working fluid at one port and a spring. Working fluid may be provided via one or more hydraulically powered piston subassemblies, which may be controlled via one or more hydraulic power supplies. A flush system may include flush pump, flush valve and may be responsive to a characteristic of a fluid in a line.

Abstract: A flameless boiler comprising generator means for generating heat in fluid circulated therethrough by shearing of the fluid; a prime mover drivingly connected to the generator means for shearing of the fluid; a supply reservoir for the fluid; a first pump for circulating the fluid from the supply reservoir to the generator means; and a pressure vessel in fluid communication with the generator means for receiving heated fluid therefrom, the pressure vessel having an outlet for drawing steam therefrom.

Abstract: A flameless heating system comprising: at least one engine, each engine including a coolant for removing heat from the engine and each engine producing exhaust; a loading means for loading the engine; a heat exchange system, the heat exchange system comprising: a heat exchange fluid; a pump for circulating the heat exchange fluid; at least one heat exchanger for transferring heat from the at least one engine coolant to the heat exchange fluid; and an exhaust heat exchanger for transferring heat from the exhaust of the at least one engine to the heat exchange fluid; a batch fluid; and a heat exchanger for transferring heat from the heat exchange system to the batch fluid, wherein heat is transferred from the engine to the heat exchange system, and from the heat exchange system to the batch fluid.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for servicing of a bore hole in the earth, comprising a first sub-assembly adapted for the insertion and removal of a continuous length of coiled tubing into and from the bore hole, a second sub-assembly adapted for the vaporization of liquified gas and the pumping of the resulting gas through the coiled tubing into the bore hole and a platform to support both the first and second sub-assemblies thereon.

Abstract: The invention provides a tubing straightening system having two orthogonally positioned sets of rollers for straightening tubing in a first and second plane. Each set of rollers includes two pairs of opposing and corresponding rollers wherein the position of the two pairs of opposing rollers with respect to the corresponding pair yields tubing passing through the set of rollers in two directions to produce a straightened tube in either of the first or second plane respectively. The tube straightening system is particularly effective in straightening tubing for downhole torsional applications.
