Abstract: The present system relates to an applicator system to assist in the application of material to difficult to reach areas of the human body. The system includes a porous material that is adhered to a water impervious strip. The strip includes additional adhesive that is resistant to water as well as surfactants suitable for use on human skin, for example, bath soaps. The adhesive remains bonded to the strip and sufficiently tacky to allow for users to repeatedly engage and disengage the system from a wall so as to accommodate different sized users.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are described herein for use in the transvascular delivery and deployment of a prosthetic heart valve. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes an outer sheath, a tube member movably disposed within the outer sheath, a retention device coupled to the tube member, and a valve holder. A prosthetic heart valve is disposed within the outer sheath and includes an outer frame and an inner frame that is removably coupled to the valve holder. The outer frame is disposed in an inverted configuration relative to the inner frame. A first actuation wire is releasably coupled to a first portion of the outer frame and releasably coupled to the retention device at a first location on the retention device. A second actuation wire is releasably coupled to a second portion of the outer frame and releasably coupled to the retention device at a second location on the retention device.

The cover is configured to provide heat to the faucet when the temperature lowered below a predetermined temperature. The faucet cover includes a housing with an outer shell. The cover further includes a heating system and a control device. The heating system includes one or more heat sources, for example, incandescent bulbs. The heat sources are securely positioned within the cavity of the housing and mounted on bases of the cover, which are electrically connected to the power supply via a power cord. The control device is a thermostatic control element, configured to control the operation of the heat sources. The control device activates the heat sources when the predetermined ambient temperature falls below 35° F. and shuts off when the predetermined ambient temperature is above 45° F., thereby preventing the faucets from freezing in cold weather conditions.

Such housing plates can form a segment of a stylus trough and also facilitate attachment of hand strap and socket cover arrangement to the housing of the mobile computing unit. By reducing number of openings into the housing, a risk of liquid or particulate contaminants entering into the device and degrading performance of the mobile computing unit can be reduced and reliability increased.
