  • Patent number: 4715770
Abstract: A power lift system includes a lifting device with lower links. The lower links are connected to a frame of the tractor by arms of an upper link. The lower links may be either vertically pivotably or rigidly coupled to the arms. The arms may be either rigidly or vertically pivotably connected to the tractor frame. The height and the lifting range of the lower links is variable.

  • Patent number: 4681336
Abstract: A variable length lift link for a three-point hitch has two parts which are threaded together such that one part which is formed as a spindle moves relative to the other as it is rotated. Rotation of the spindle is provided by way of an electric motor which drives the spindle through a step-down transmission, including a worm gear. The electric motor can be controlled from either the operator's station on the vehicle or from behind the vehicle in the area where an implement is attached. Limit switches control the maximum and minimum lengths of the variable length link.

  • Patent number: 4659102
Abstract: A connecting and coupling arrangement for frontal attachment to a tractor includes at least one lower link, an actuating means, an angle lever, an optional upper link and a lift strut for connection to an item of equipment. Connected to the working vehicle is a frame which can slidably carry an ancillary frame which can be connected to an item of equipment or to a weight. In addition, the frame and the ancillary frame may be displaced in the direction of the longitudinal center plane of the tractor to increase the stability thereof.

  • Patent number: 4472154
Abstract: A drive arrangement is disclosed which provides for the transfer of torque between two non-aligned shafts. The drive arrangement includes an intermediate shaft having outwardly projecting claws secured to each end thereof which are engageable in a positive driving manner with corresponding claws formed on the first and second shafts, respectively. A pair of resilient members are interposed between the claws at each end of the intermediate shaft which provide flexible couplings for facilitating the transfer of torque therebetween. Such a drive arrangement corrects for pure eccentricity between the parallel axes of the first and second shafts as well as correcting for any lack of parallelism between these axes.
