    Abstract: A dental arch template includes a transparent fitting plate having a perimeter shaped to fit inside the human mouth of a patient with the fitting plate being Y-shaped with a stem and a pair of spaced side legs extending away from said stem, and at least one image of an arch wire formed in a U-shape that generally conforms to the dental arch of a human imposed on said pair of spaced side legs of said transparent fitting plate.
