The exemplary method may include providing member facility information and allowing other members to review the facility information. Members may request a meeting with another member with details of the requested meeting via the system. The request is transmitted to another member and the other member may accept, deny, or modify the request by the other member. Members may have an other members inclusive list or other members exclusive list to assist in facilitating interactions. Ratings may be used to rate other members and interaction facilities to aid in facilitating future interactions.

The mist nozzles are arranged spatially on the head at various angles. The number of mist nozzles, the spatial arrangement and the angular placement of the mist nozzles can vary, depending on the area of coverage required. The angular placement of the mist nozzles on the head is effected so that the mist stream emerging from one mist nozzle does not impinge on a mist stream emerging from another mist nozzle. The angular placement of the mist nozzles thereby provides a maximal amount of mist production, and minimizes the occurrence of streams of water droplets.

Abstract: A decapsulation apparatus 100 has a laser 8 that removes plastic encapsulant from a device 24. Chamber 20 is sealed. Exhaust port 9 removes debris and fumes. The device 24 is positioned and scanned using an X, Y table 2. A hinged end 4 rotates the device to an acute angle of incidence with respect to a laser 8. Endpoint detector 10 senses the exposed integrated circuit and moves or shuts down the laser 8.
