    Abstract: An air chair is provided and consists of a rectangular shaped air mattress secured to an adjustable backrest so that the adjustable backrest may be positioned upon beach sand to adjust the air mattress in various reclined positions in which a person may sit upon the air mattress and lean comfortably against the portion of the air mattress on the backrest.
