The base portion has a floor (20) and a raised, peripheral ledge (22) with a vertical wall (28) and a horizontal wall (30). The pet litter box has a removable tray (40). The horizontal wall includes air vents (56). Each air vent has an upwardly extending hood (58) having a rear wall (60), two oppositely disposed end walls (62) which define an outwardly facing air outlet opening (64). Each side air outlet opening is in fluid communication with a bottom air inlet opening (66) extending through the ledge horizontal wall. The air inlet opening is in fluid communication with ambient air external of the litter box. The grid portion 16 has a generally flat floor (72) with a grid of holes (74) there through.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an improved system and method for connecting a first piece of plumbing, such as but not limited to a valve, to a second piece of plumbing. The first piece of plumbing has a male threaded fitting formed about an opening. The second piece of plumbing has an open end with a connecting member attached. The connecting member has a flange, and behind the flange is a flange nut having female threading extending over the flange. The pieces of plumbing are connected as the flange nut screwably engages the male threaded fitting.

Abstract: A container device useful for selling nozzle heads for an irrigation system having various vertical sprinklers is disclosed. The container device has a tubular cylinder with an attachment end, an opposite open end and an exterior surface. The tubular cylinder is made of plastic and the attachment end is attached to a nozzle head. The nozzle head has a cylindrical base which mates with the attachment end of the tubular cylinder via a contact fit or screw-in threads. A debris screen for use with the nozzle head is fit within the tubular cylinder. The combination tubular cylinder and nozzle head allows inexpensive and simple packaging for the nozzle heads. The container device may be put on retail display with a gravity feed dispenser allowing dispensing of single containers for a consumer.
