The content segmentation may be with respect to a communication style, pattern, format, a language expressed in, one or more culture references used and/or any other aspects related to contents that may be included in notifications for the different user segments. In some examples, the notifications may include incentive offers and may be segmented with respect to parameters of the incentive offers for presentation to the different user segments. In some implementations, transmission frequencies for transmitting notifications to the different user segments may be determined.

The users have a shared calendar in which dates and times are scheduled for group activities and additional relevant information may be entered. The system and method include ways of identifying scheduled dates and times and activities and promoting items which may be helpful for the scheduled activities. The users are encouraged to purchase the promoted items. In addition, certain actions may be recommended to the users based on the scheduled dates, times, and activities and associated information. Scheduling incentives may be used to encourage users to play the game at preferred dates and/or times.

Users may input purchase instructions for setting and/or scheduling automatic purchases of virtual items through a shop interface. Purchase instructions may include purchase criteria which must be satisfied for the purchase to be realized. After a purchase is completed, the user's inventory of items may be updated to reflect the newly purchased items so that the user can use the items when logged in.

Abstract: Methods for diagnosing a neoplasia of epithelial tissues are provided. The methods comprise quantifiably detecting T-cadherin expression on tissue samples and comparing the detected T-cadherin levels with reference values for the level of expression of T-cadherin in healthy or disease states. Methods for diagnosing the stage of a neoplasia are also provided. Methods for treating or preventing neovascularization by disrupting the interaction of T-cadherin with adiponectin or other ligands in the vasculature are also provided.
