This ranking can then be used to determine how best to present the ranked anomalies to users in a graphical user interface.

    Abstract: In an example embodiment, a model is trained to specifically identify reversal points in data and then to rank these reversal points in order of importance. A reversal point shall be defined as a point in which a particular metric, specifically a first order derivative, crosses over from positive to negative or vice-versa. Users are more likely to be interested in abnormal and significant changes in data, and thus the machine-learned model is trained to evaluate a reversal point based on two dimensions: abnormality and significance.

    Abstract: A method and system for treating tissue with a surgical device includes the steps of displaying an image created by collecting imaging data from an imaging device, selecting at least one tissue target from the image, collecting image data and tracking the tissue target during at least one respiration cycle, determining the dwell position of the tissue target, and displaying an image created from image data collected with the tissue target at the dwell position. The method may further include determining the position and orientation of the surgical device with respect to the dwell position and indicating the trajectory of the surgical device on the display screen. The method may further include the steps of monitoring the respiration cycle, indicating when the tissue target is approaching the dwell position, positioning the surgical device in the patient based upon the dwell position and trajectory and treating the tissue target.

A housing (10) has a filter cartridge (26) removably contained in the housing. Valve opening means in the form of a ramp like projection (56) is provided on an upper end cap (40) of the filter cartridge (26). The housing is connected to the cap by a bayonet fitting. When the housing (10) is rotated to connect to the cap (70), the cartridge (26) is also rotated, and the projection (56) contacts the valve member (96) to open the valve.

    Abstract: A powder spray apparatus is described including a powder booth with a scraper bar which reciprocates across the floor thereof to collect deposited overspray powder and supply it to intakes located at each end wall. The intakes are connected by a feed channel to one or more cyclone separators. An exhaust duct may also be provided for air-borne overspray powder which preferably forms part of the feed channel. Powder recovered from the cyclone separators may be passed to a common collection hopper by use of a venturi pump which transfers the powder from each separator to the hopper via a sieve located in a ventilated enclosure above the hopper.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a connector assembly including a connector for use in electrically connecting a surgical instrument to a power source, such as a generator. The connector generally includes an outer shell with a plurality of first and second electrical conductors disposed within the outer shell for providing the electrical connection between the surgical instrument and a cable leading to the power source. In one aspect of the present invention, the connector includes an isolation barrier disposed within the outer shell so as to separate each of the first electrical conductors from each of the second electrical conductors. In another aspect, the connector includes a keying feature in which the outer surface of the outer shell is modified so as to ensure that the connector may only be plugged into the generator a single way. This reduces the risk that the electrical conductors may be bent due to improper orientation during the insertion action.
