  • Publication number: 20240133141
Abstract: A plowing system is removably mountable onto a vehicle in order to provide the vehicle with lateral plowing capability along a given lateral range of the vehicle. The plowing system includes a mounting assembly, a plowing assembly and corresponding plowing component. The plowing system also has associated first and second actuating assemblies cooperable with one another so as to selectively operate the plowing component between retracted and deployed configurations, and so as to provide the plowing system and associated plowing assembly and corresponding plowing component with an increased plowing resistivity within the lateral range of the vehicle, due to a combined effect of the first and second actuating assemblies. A corresponding vehicle is provided with such a plowing system.

  • Patent number: 9562789
Abstract: A magnetic field sensor comprises a substrate and a moving part which is displaced when subjected to a Laplace force. There is a gauge for measuring the displacement of the moving part. There is a suspended lever that is rotationally displaced about an axis of rotation at right angles to the direction of displacement of the moving part. The lever is connected to the moving part to transmit displacement of the moving part to the lever to cause rotation of the lever about the axis of rotation. The lever is also connected to a first part of the gauge. The sensor comprises a hinge that connects the lever to the substrate. The hinge allows the rotation of the lever about its axis of rotation and is rigid to allow for a lever arm effect. The second part of the gauge is fixed with no degree of freedom to the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20120183121
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of continuous non-destructive examination of specimens by so-called radio-synthesis, which can be integrated into the process for managing the life cycle of said specimens. This method operates by means of at least one X-ray source and of at least one digital sensor forming a pair with said source, source and sensor moving along opposite and homothetic trajectories inside a motion space, for each real-time generation of at least one cross section of each specimen.

  • Patent number: 5899851
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for reproducing an image of a poorly accessible location, for example in a living body, comprising a substantially cylindrical image pick-up unit to be arranged at the location and an image display means connected to the image pick-up unit, wherein the image pick-up unit is provided with indication means for indicating the rotation position of the image pick-up unit on its axis relative to the horizontal. As a result of these steps it is possible to give an indication of the horizontal, or for example the vertical, on the image reproduced on the image display means, so that the orientation of the displayed image is known, or by processing the displayed image or by turning the image display means such that the orientation of the displayed image corresponds with the actual orientation. Dangerous situations, for instance during performance of an operation, can herewith be avoided.
