The device optionally takes measurements for an individual ride event, displays and stores them, and if desired, transmits them to a central server for storage and or dissemination. The device can thereby document experience characteristics and scores for each ride, optionally reflecting personal preferences in the ratings. The stored data may be used for personal or managerial applications.
