  • Publication number: 20150124050
Abstract: A method for delivering an enhanced reality message includes recording a holographic image displayed on a matte surface with the built in camera of a mobile electronic device or web-cam. The holographic image is pre-calibrated to the size of the matte surface to create a “life size” image when projected thereonto. The images are accessed via a downloadable web-based application stored on the mobile device. When the recording is concluded it can be shared via e-mail or social media directly from the software.

  • Publication number: 20150124051
Abstract: A method for delivering an enhanced reality message includes recording a holographic image displayed on a matte surface with the built in camera of a mobile electronic device, such as a web-cam, tablet, smartphone, iPhone or the like. The camera takes a photo of the marker and software in an app of the electronic device produces a calibration reference based on the specific marker. The user selects, accesses, and downloads a holographic image from a library of unsealed holograms stored on the mobile device, whereupon the software in the app rescales the selected image as well as all unselected images in the library. The image is recorded and saved for future access, and, if desired, uploaded to the internet for sharing via an e-mail or social media directly from the software. The unsealed holographic image is calibrated, or scaled, to the size of any selected matte surface to create a “life size” image when projected thereonto.

  • Patent number: 8823807
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for delivering an enhanced reality message. The method includes sending a medium containing a code or indicia corresponding to a recorded video to a recipient, said video including an altered “green screen” background. A web server is operated to send the recorded video including the altered “green screen” background to a recipient's computer when the corresponding code or indicia is received from the client computer. The method also includes superimposing the recorded, altered video over an image acquired by a webcam of the recipient's computer, and to position the recorded video on the display screen dependent upon the location of a special marker on an object seen by the webcam.

  • Publication number: 20060265423
Abstract: A method creates a requested multimedia file (22) from an initial file (34) having at least one of an image (28) and text (30) from a template (44). The template (44) is stored on a server (24), which has at least one template (44), and each template (44) has a unique designation code (66). The method includes the steps of receiving the initial file (34) at the server (24), receiving the unique designation code (66) of the template (44) at the server (24) to define a selected template (60), and automatically combining the initial file (34) with the selected template (60) to produce the requested multimedia file (22) upon receiving the initial file (34) and the unique designation code (66) at the server (24).
