  • Patent number: 10155324
Abstract: A cutter includes a cutting edge, a rear, a cutting surface, a foot and a longitudinal axis, as well as a transverse axis, wherein a stop surface is provided on the rear pointing towards the cutting edge. The stop surface extends in the direction of the transverse axis and is provided at an angle (alpha) of between 92° and 112° in relation to the longitudinal axis. In addition, the cutter is suitable for use in a cutter head having a carrier body, in which at least one radially outwardly open recess is provided for receiving a cutter and a clamping jaw which can be actuated by a clamping screw, and by means of which the cutter can be clamped in a fixed position in the recess. The recess has a stop with a stop surface that is directed radially inwards, and the cutter can be introduced into the recess against the force of at least one elastic element. The cutter can be applied, in a radially outward direction, by its stop surface to the stop surface that is directed radially inwards, by an elastic element.

  • Patent number: 9080549
Abstract: A hydrostatic axial piston machine (1), in particular an axial piston motor, has a rotating cylinder block (3) with a cylinder block body (3a) and a cylinder block neck (3b), and a drive shaft (14). Located in the cylinder block body (3a) are a plurality of piston bores (4) with pistons (5) that can move longitudinally and which are supported on a swashplate (7). Between the cylinder block neck (3b) which projects from the cylinder block body (3a) and extends in the direction of the swashplate (7) and the drive shaft (14) there is a synchronization gearing (20) and a braking device (25) that acts on the cylinder block (3). In the vicinity of the cylinder block neck (3b) within the axial dimension of the cylinder block body (3a), there is an additional synchronization gearing (21). The additional synchronization gearing (21) has a larger gear tooth clearance (SF) in the vicinity of the cylinder block body (3a) than the synchronization gearing (21) in the vicinity of the cylinder block neck (3b).

  • Patent number: 7845916
Abstract: An axial piston machine (1) has a swashplate construction with work pistons (6) located longitudinally in a cylinder drum (4), each supported by a sliding block (8) on a swashplate (11). The sliding blocks (8) are secured against lifting up from the swashplate (11) by a retaining plate (13) that rotates in rotational synchronization with the cylinder drum (4). The retaining plate (13) is fixed in position in the axial direction by a retaining device (15). The retaining device (15) can be a groove-shaped recess (16) in the swashplate (11), into which the retaining plate (13) can be inserted. Or, the retaining device (15) can be formed by a plate-shaped component (30) inserted into a groove-shaped housing recess (31) on the housing (1), with which the retaining plate (13) can be placed in contact.
