The blade has a blade body extending between a blade bottom and a blade top. The assembly further includes a base plate securable to the blade bottom. The base plate includes a shroud retainer element. The assembly further comprises a blade shroud covering at least a portion of the blade body and securable to the shroud retainer element and at least one of the socket and the blade body.

The garment further includes tension bands extending along the sleeve and configured to secure the prosthesis to the limb. Another exemplary garment is a body suit including a pant leg configured to encase at least a portion of a leg and at least a portion of a leg prosthesis. The body suit further includes tension bands integrally extending from the pant leg along a torso portion of the body suit and around a shoulder portion of the body suit and configured to secure the leg prosthesis to the leg.

The blade top is securable to a socket for a limb and the blade bottom defines a convex surface formed by at least one edge of the blade bottom curving toward the blade top. The prosthesis assembly further includes a base plate. The base plate includes a base plate top surface securable to the blade bottom, a base plate bottom surface opposing the base plate top surface, and a plurality of ground-engaging elements extending from the base plate bottom surface.

Abstract: A device for automatically sharpening the circular cutting edge of a disk-like blade while it is rotatably mounted in a blade cartridge is disclosed. The sharpener includes a coupling assembly adapted to matingly retain the cartridge in the same manner that it is retained in a slitter machine. A rotary drive assembly is adapted to engage with and rotate the disk-like blade while in the cartridge. A blade sharpening head is adapted to engage and sharpen the disk-like blade as the blade is being rotated by the rotary drive assembly.
