One embodiment in the form of a method includes receiving, via a network, a dynamic mobile document request associated with a registered user and including a token associated with data to be included in the dynamic mobile document. The method may then retrieve data for the dynamic mobile document from a database based at least in part on the token and an identifier of the registered user and then continue by transmitting, via the network, the retrieved dynamic mobile document data and data indicating how the dynamic mobile document is to be provided to the registered user to a dynamic mobile document generation service, the dynamic mobile document generation service to generate and provide the dynamic mobile document to the registered user.

Abstract: When a consumer carrying a device is automatically detected within a pre-defined and constrained space, ticket identifying information is automatically obtained from the device and relayed to a backend ticket redemption server. The ticket redemption server validates a ticket for the consumer from the ticket-identifying information and relays a confirmation to a ticket redemption agent's device and the consumer is checked-in for ingress onto a transportation system or into a venue destination of the consumer.

Abstract: Biometric templates are created for biometric data captured for a user. Each template is processed to generate a unique token. Each template and token pair is stored in a record of an index along with a link to at least one an external service of the user. During a transaction at a transaction terminal, biometric data for a user is captured and a template is generated. The index is searched with the template to obtain a corresponding token and a link to the external service. The external service is provided the token to identify the user and return personal data for the user from an account of the user with the external service. The personal data is processed for the transaction at the transaction terminal.

Abstract: A transaction terminal includes a plurality of disparate application services that process within a common/shared platform on the transaction terminal. Each disparate application service may include its own unique biometric provider for providing biometric registration and recognition services to customers at the transaction terminal. When a particular application service is launched for execution on the transaction terminal, a biometric integration manager identifies an appropriate biometric provider for that application service and interacts with that biometric provider and the launched application service to facilitate biometric registration or biometric recognition of a customer transacting at the transaction terminal.

Abstract: A system and method of completing an activity via an agent. The agent is embodied as agent software, which facilitates and/or performs activities on behalf of a user. The agent software may have a characteristic persona that it presents to the user in the form of an avatar on a display. The agent software may be part of a computer program stored in a memory and executed by a processor of a smartphone or other computer.

Abstract: Various embodiments each include at least one of systems, devices, methods, and software for visual voucher communication systems and methods. One such embodiment includes receiving an entry request with an account identifier from a requestor and retrieving data of a voucher from a voucher database based on the account identifier and a current voucher requirement. In such embodiments, when voucher data is retrieved, the voucher data is transmitted to the requestor. However, when no voucher data is retrieved and at least one voucher is available, the method includes transmitting a voucher procurement option to the requestor. Otherwise, when no voucher data is retrieved and no voucher is available, data representative thereof is transmitted to the requestor.

The shipping directive may include data defining the common delivery path.

Abstract: Techniques for automated profile-based transaction processing are provided. A customer uses a cloud-based service to establish one or more transaction profiles. When that customer subsequently accesses a self-service device to perform a transaction, the cloud-based service is automatically contacted and the transaction is automatically completed on behalf of the customer at the self-service device using a particular one of the customer's transaction profiles.

Abstract: Techniques for injecting advertisements into mobile documents delivered to mobile devices are presented. Mobile documents are generated that are dynamically sized to the display of the mobile devices and relevant advertisements are also dynamically sized for use in the mobile documents. The mobile documents include an optical code that is encoded with information about a purchase by a customer and allow the customer access to the purchase, for example, an airline boarding pass, event pass or the like.

Abstract: Techniques for disparate barcode transaction processing are provided. A first barcode associated with a first service is presented at a self-service device, which is associated with processing a second barcode for a second service; the first barcode is disparate from the second barcode. The self-service device identifies the second barcode as a foreign barcode and consults an external service. The external service identifies a next transaction of an itinerary for a customer associated with the second barcode and communicates that to the self-service device. The self-service device completes the next transaction on behalf of the customer.
