    Abstract: A handcuff apparatus includes a combination locking head and strap support which includes a first longitudinal axis. A first handcuff strap and a second handcuff strap are connected to the combination locking head and strap support. Each of the respective first and second handcuff straps are connected to the combination locking head and strap support parallel to a second longitudinal axis which is substantially perpendicular to the first longitudinal axis. Both the handcuff straps extend outward from the combination locking head and strap support from the same side of the strap support. Each of the 10 respective handcuff straps includes a ratchet-bearing side and a smooth side which contacts the skin of a person to be restrained. Respective strap-supported unidirectional ratchet members are located on the respective ratchet-bearing sides. Either respective ratchet-bearing side includes a smooth identification reception region.

    Abstract: A cable connector for insulated electrical wire cable comprises a housing having first and second open ends and an inner wall forming a channel extending through the housing for longitudinally receiving the cable. A coupling means is mounted within the housing for urging the cable towards the inner wall and includes a flange, means for grippingly engaging the cable between the inner wall and the flange, and an elongated bracing pin for providing resistance to the bending of the flange.

    Abstract: A spin toy has a screw threaded post with a magnet near the top to hold an iron spinner on the post by one edge so that it hangs at an angle. A flip of the finger starts the spinner on a constant speed gyratory travel down the post. The spinner can be used as a pointer to indicate by chance any one of several indicia.
