  • Patent number: 11955207
Abstract: The disclosure provides systems and methods for data analysis of experimental data. The analysis can include reference data that are not directly generated from the present experiment, which reference data may be values of the experimental parameters that were either provided by a user, computed by the system with input from a user, or computed by the system without using any input from a user. Another example of such reference data may be information about the instrument, such as the calibration method of the instrument.

  • Patent number: 9083201
Abstract: A power generation/distribution system includes a RAM air turbine (RAT) generator and an emergency integrated control center (EICC) that selectively applies either primary power provided by a primary power source or emergency power developed by the RAT generator to an alternating current essential bus (AC ESS bus) for distribution to one or more essential loads. The EICC monitors the primary power and in response to a loss of primary power selectively disables the supply of power from the AC ESS bus to the essential loads and manages subsequent loading of the RAT generator by the essential loads.

  • Patent number: 6636623
Abstract: A system and method for rapidly detecting cells associated with malignancy and disease using molecular marker compartmentalization includes an optical tomography (OT) or a flow optical tomography (FOT) instrument capable of producing various optical projection images (or shadowgrams) containing accurate density information from a cell or cells labeled with tagged molecular probes or stains, a computer and software to analyze and reconstruct the projection images into a multi-dimensional data set, and automated feature collection and object classifiers. The system and method are particularly useful in the early detection of cancers such as lung cancer using cells from sputum or cheek scrapings and cervical/ovarian cancer using a cervical scraping, and the system can be used to detect rare cells in specimens including blood.
