Patent number: 11983318Abstract: A retinal imaging system includes a projector, an imaging device, and a controller coupled to an eye tracking system under test. The projector emits a light pattern to be delivered to a pupil of an eye, a location of the pupil being estimated by the eye tracking system under test. The imaging device captures one or more images of a retina of the eye illuminated with at least a portion of the light pattern. The controller determines one or more eye tracking parameters based on the captured one or more images of the retina. The controller compares each determined eye tracking parameter with each of estimated one or more eye tracking parameters, wherein values for the one or more eye tracking parameters are estimated by the eye tracking system under test. The controller characterizes each estimated eye tracking parameter based on the comparison.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2023Date of Patent: May 14, 2024Assignee: META PLATFORMS TECHNOLOGIES, LLCInventors: Robin Sharma, Nicholas Daniel Trail, Robert Dale Cavin, Kyle Justin Curts

Publication number: 20240087683Abstract: A machine learning model trained with a triplet loss function classifies input strings into one of multiple hierarchical categories. The machine learning model is pre-trained using masking language modeling on a corpus of unlabeled strings. The machine learning module includes an attention-based bi-directional transformer layer. Following initial training, the machine learning model is refined by additional training with a loss function that includes cross-entropy loss and triplet loss. This provides a deep learning solution to classify input strings into one or more hierarchical categories. Embeddings generated from inputs to the machine learning model capture language similarities that can be visualized in a cartesian plane where strings with similar meanings are grouped together.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2022Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Pramod Kumar SHARMA, Andy Daniel MARTINEZ, Liang DU, Robin ABRAHAM, Saurabh Chandrakant THAKUR

Patent number: 11608297Abstract: The product is produced from a settable aqueous calcium sulphate dispersion which has a water to solids ratio of less than 0.4 to 1, and has distributed therethrough lightweight hollow bodies having water-impervious surfaces (such as expanded polystyrene beads). The dispersion contains a hydratable cement (such as calcium sulpho aluminate) which is capable of hydration in the presence of the calcium sulphate dispersion. The hydratable cement is such that it reacts with excess water in the dispersion thereby enhancing the water resistance of the resulting product.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2018Date of Patent: March 21, 2023Assignee: BPB LimitedInventor: Robin Daniel Fisher
