Abstract: A system, includes a computing system having an interface configured to receive a first signal indicative of operational data of a device engaged in hydrocarbon and/or emergency response operations. The computing system further includes a memory configured to store a value corresponding to non-operational data related to a crewmember interaction with the device and/or operational data from technical/plant barrier elements. The computing system additionally includes a processor configured to generate a graphical user interface, wherein the graphical user interface comprises a status identifier generated based upon the first signal and the value.

Abstract: An adjustable support mechanism is assembled from: a first bracket that can attach to the underside of a desk; a second bracket that can attach to a keyboard platform; a pivotally coupled connecting member; and a linking member. In one embodiment of the present invention, pivotal movement of the connecting member relative to the first bracket causes the linking member to move the second bracket in a corresponding manner.

Abstract: This invention relates to delayed release bait canisters in which a closure member covers an opening in a body member against a bias spring and is released by a corrodible link that, when intact, secures the closure in place over the opening. In one example the canister (10, FIG. 1A) has a tubular plastic body (12) fitted with cylindrical plastic end-caps (14) and having a semi-cylindrical plastic closure (16) that fits around it to cover an opening (18) formed therein. A knob (20) is formed at the center of body (12) and a similar knob 22 is formed in the center of the closure (16) near one edge thereof. The closure (16) is biased to the open position by a loop of elastic cord (24), the ends of which are secured in the end caps (14). A corrodible link (28) with end rings (30) that fit over knobs (20) and (22) is used to hold closure (16) in its closed position over opening (18), the periphery of the closure being pulled into close contact with body (12) by the tension in cord (24).

Abstract: A therapeutic massage mask comprises an elongated resilient plastic pouch having a length and width which is greater than the thickness thereof. The pouch is filled with a plurality of spherical balls made of a thermal transfer material, such as hard plastic, ceramic, or hollow spheres filled with BLUE ICE.RTM. material. The pouch is placed in a freezer to lower the temperature of the balls located within it. Subsequently, the pouch then may be applied to overlie a portion of the human body and a gentle rolling action on the side of the pouch opposite the body causes the balls to transfer a massaging action to the portion of the body underlying the pouch. At the same time, the balls function to cool the underlying body portion, thereby serving a dual function.
