  • Patent number: 11535430
Abstract: A single draw container insert having two metered flow outlets is described. The valve of the single draw container includes a lower support member and a valve member rotatably positioned therein. The valve member has a central metering opening formed therein and a metering opening formed therein at the periphery thereof. The flow rates may be changed by changing the diameter of the central opening in the valve member or the opening in the periphery of the valve member. The opening at the periphery of the valve member may be controlled by the apparatus associated therewith.

  • Patent number: 11124338
Abstract: An overmolded valve is provided for use in a container having a throat. The valve is inserted into the throat of the container and prevents liquid from flowing from the container during shipment or storage. When the container is inverted for use with a dosing and/or dispensing apparatus, the valve remains closed until it is opened by an upward force to permit liquid to flow from the container, by gravity, to the dosing and/or dispensing apparatus. The valve closes when the upward force is removed. A pair of plastic semi-helical springs urge the valve to the closed position.

  • Patent number: 10850458
Abstract: A container insert is disclosed for use with a closed loop dispensing system. The container insert is press-fitted into the throat of a liquid container. The container insert is comprised of a plastic substrate portion and an over-molded portion. This invention is directed to the method of simultaneously molding the plastic substrate portion and the over-molded portion.

  • Patent number: 10640359
Abstract: A container insert is disclosed for use in a closed loop dispensing system. The insert is press-fitted into the throat of a liquid container. The insert includes a plastic substrate portion and an over-molded portion which is comprised of a TEP material. The container insert is completely recyclable and is automatically self-venting. The insert includes a vertically movable snap-in valve which is movable between an upper closed position and a lower open position. The over-molded portion includes a disc-shaped seal which sealably engages the valve stem of the valve to prevent the upward flow of liquid around the valve when the valve is in either of its closed and open positions.

  • Patent number: 10632481
Abstract: A hand-held dual flow dilution dispenser for precisely controlling the flow rate of water therethrough and for precisely injecting a liquid chemical into the water passing through the apparatus. The dispenser includes a water spool valve and a chemical spool valve with the spool valves being rotated between first and second positions. A handle is operatively connected to the first spool valve for rotating the first spool valve between the first and second positions. A linkage interconnects the handle and the second spool valve whereby rotational movement of the handle simultaneously causes rotation of the first spool valve and the second spool valve.

  • Patent number: 10618710
Abstract: A tamper-proof insert for use with a closed loop system, a dispensing system, a gravity draining system or other systems. The insert is designed to be inserted into the throat of a container such as a bottle. A retention lug ring is secured to the lower end of the insert. The upper ends of the retention lugs of the retention lug ring engage the inside of the container to prevent the insert from being manually pulled upwardly and outwardly from the throat of the container. If the insert is pulled from the container against the resistance of the retention lugs, the lugs will break-away from the insert and it will be evident that the insert has experienced tampering.
