    Abstract: A method and device for supporting plants involving a stake which includes a hollow tube made of polyvinylchloride and metal supporting wires directed axially and distributed around the circumference of the wall of the tube. Preferably, the hollow tube is formed with individual conduits running in an axial direction along or within the tube wall, each of which contains one of the wires and an adhesive material to hold the wires in place.
