    Abstract: A system and method for the operation and navigation of a moving vehicle in a warehouse environment includes a controller for controlling operation of the vehicle and an imaging device configured to capture an image representing a view from the vehicle. Location labels are configured for being positioned in the warehouse environment and include location indicia. A navigation processor is operatively coupled to the imaging device and configured to determine a location of the vehicle based at least in part on the image of the location label, the navigation processor further coupled with the controller to control the movement of the vehicle based on the determined location.

A rotatable microphone boom assembly includes controls mounted on opposite sides of a rotation axis to maintain a consistent orientation on the boom assembly with respect to the head of a user. The boom assembly snaps together with the earcup assembly to rotate. The headband assembly includes at least one transverse band and a sliding arm coupled to the earcup assembly for dynamically adjusting the position of the earcup assembly. A latch of the power source assembly snaps into position to secure it with the assembly and slides between latched and unlatched positions to secure a battery.

    Abstract: A wireless device for use with speech recognition applications comprises a frame generator for generating successive frames from digitized original audio signals, the frames representing portions of the digitized audio signals. An autocorrelation circuit generates a set of coefficients for each frame, the coefficient set being reflective of spectral characteristics of the audio signal portion represented by the frame. In one embodiment, the autocorrelation coefficients may be used to predict the original audio signal to be subtracted from the original audio signals and to generate residual signals A Bluetooth transceiver is configured for transmitting the set of coefficients and/or residual signals as data to another device, which utilizes the coefficients for speech applications.

Alternatively, the method may comprise capturing speech input from a user, determining from the speech input, a first weight associated with a resident, associating the first weight with a care plan in turn associated with the resident, comparing the first weight to a second weight associated with the resident and the care plan, and providing a speech dialog regarding reweighting the resident based on the comparison.
