    Abstract: An underwater maneuvering device is disclosed. The device consists of a base member and a pair of perpendicularly disposed fins. A hand grip on the base member provides vertical and horizontal directional control. Hand grips on the fins provide also vertical and horizontal directional control. The device can be disassembled for easy storage and transport.
