  • Publication number: 20240130082
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing a substrate are provided herein. For example, an apparatus for processing a substrate comprises a process chamber configured to process a substrate, a substrate support comprising a heat sink configured to cool the substrate support during operation and a water trap panel comprising a pumping ring configured to cool the water trap panel such that the water trap panel condenses water vapor molecules and drops a process chamber pressure during operation, and a chiller operably coupled to the substrate support and configured to supply a cooling fluid to the substrate support via a cooling fluid line that connects to the heat sink and the pumping ring via a serial configuration or a parallel configuration.

  • Patent number: 11760427
Abstract: Systems and methods that provide a deployable fairing system to a tractor trailer. The deployable fairing system includes an actuator used to extend the deployable fairing from an unextended configuration to an extended configuration to occupy a portion of a gap area that exists between a tractor and an attached trailer. The deployable fairing includes deployable upper and/or lower horizontal assemblies that are pivotally coupled to a frame attached to the tractor/cab, and two side panels that are pivotally coupled to one or both of the upper and lower horizontal assemblies. The deployable upper and lower horizontal assemblies and the two side panels fold in on one another along multiple hinged axes in the unextended configuration, and extend rearward from the top and sides of the tractor in the extended configuration to cover a portion of the gap. The fairing may advantageously flair from front to the rear.

  • Patent number: 11125675
Abstract: A fluid suspended particle classifier system detects particles of one or more classes from a predetermined recognized set of classes based on multiple images of groups of particles. An artificial intelligence classifier combines subtle clues in the images including particle morphology, size, spectral response, fluorescence, movement, density, or aggregation. Class-specific concentration estimations have a low limit of detection, and a high dynamic range. There is a tolerance for mixtures of classes of particles having widely differing sizes and concentrations. Selected particle images, histories and analysis are communicated and stored. Consumable use and manual procedures are minimized or avoided, allowing remote, unattended, real-time operation. In remote water quality monitoring, the appearance of particles resembling the Escherichia coli bacterium, an occasional human pathogen, causes an alarm.

  • Patent number: 10417209
Abstract: A hierarchical data storage and retrieval index uses copy-on-write of a block ancestor path to allow concurrent multi-version read access and single writers, while providing a garbage collector that allows quick recycling of the copied blocks. A further layered tree index uses a copy-on-write concurrent multi-version meta tree above a layer of lock-protected blocks to provide multi-reader multi-writer access. Both indexes are efficient with multiple cores.

  • Patent number: 8135690
Abstract: A method of automatically classifying a concurrency object includes intercepting a call that is configured to create the concurrency object. Concurrency type information for the concurrency object is identified based on the call. The type information indicates whether the concurrency object is a lock object or a synchronization object. The concurrency type information is associated with the concurrency object.

  • Publication number: 20070084751
Abstract: Increased yields of LPG and middle distillate products are obtained in a two stage hydrocracking process by the use of a catalyst containing a beta zeolite. In embodiments, the beta zeolite has not been hydrothermally treated or has been hydrothermally treated at a relatively low temperature. In another embodiment, the catalyst contains a relatively low amount of beta zeolite.

  • Patent number: 6764391
Abstract: A powder, such as an abrasive powder, is delivered from a pressure vessel having an outlet in the floor communicating with a flow of pressurized gas. A container of the particulate material is located within the pressure vessel and has an outlet to dispense small portions of the particulate material. The material in the container is at substantially the same pressure as that in the pressure vessel itself.

  • Patent number: 6344698
Abstract: Robust alignment marks which are substantially resistant to degradation caused by semiconductor device fabrication steps are disclosed. The new alignment marks use a series of geometrical shapes that are staggered in respect to each other to achieve more left and right edges providing a checkerboard alignment mark. The geometrical shapes have a size that is selected so as to be within the resolving capability of the exposure tool, yet smaller than the resolving capability of the alignment system. The small staggered geometrical shapes provide a more symmetrical signal which is more resistant to variability in prior processing steps than the standard mark design.

  • Patent number: 5976024
Abstract: The golf swing enhancer apparatus for use with a golf club comprises a collar which is engagingly connected to the golf club at a position immediately adjacent the grip of the club; and two L-shaped arms each connected to the collar at a first end and extending outwardly from the collar and upwardly towards the top of the club and each having a curved member at a second end. The curved members engaging with the forearms of the golfer at certain positions in a full swing of the golf club when the full swing is correctly executed by the golfer.
