An example method, performed by a UE, includes entering a DR mode in which a first subscriber identity module (SIM) is active in a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second SIM is idle in a second RAT, identifying one or more channel frequencies, of a neighbor channel frequency list, that are incompatible with the DR mode, and performing a channel measurement procedure with the second SIM, on a subset of the neighbor channel frequency list that does not include the one or more channel frequencies that are incompatible with the DR mode.

The memory includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to determine, using a mood model, the mood of at least one occupant of a vehicle and a setting for a cruise control to maintain a distance between the vehicle and a preceding vehicle based on the determined mood. The instructions then cause the processor to set the cruise control to operate according to the setting.

The method also includes processing the data using machine learning to model road surface conditions, in which respective penalty values are assigned to corresponding road surfaces, a respective penalty value being higher the lower a condition of the corresponding road surface. The method also includes deriving instructions based on the modeled road surface conditions and the respective penalty values to guide actuation of the vehicle along a trajectory. The method further includes transmitting the instructions to the physical space connected to the vehicle to guide actuation of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A system and method for optimizing pre-departure sequencing instantiates independent agent processes for each aircraft. Each independent agent is trained via multi-agent reinforcement machine learning with an existing set of data to maximize that agent's individual reward within established bounds and while cooperating with each other agent. The interaction of the independent agents produces an optimized pre-departure sequence. The individual reward is defined with respect to a change between the current timestamp and the newly suggested timestamp. A lower delta results in a higher reward.

    Abstract: Techniques for recommending a skill experience to a user after a user-system dialog session has ended are described. Upon a dialog session ending, the system uses a first machine learning model to determine potential intents to recommend to a user. The system then uses a second machine learning model to determine a particular skill and intent to recommend. The system then prompts the user to accept the recommended skill and intent. If the user accepts, the system calls the recommended skill to execute. As part of calling the skill, the system sends to the skill at least one entity provided in a natural language user input of the ended dialog session. This enables the skill to skip welcome prompts, and initiate processing to output a response based on the intent and the at least one entity of the ended dialog session.

Input classical data is received and a feature set is created from the classical data. A functional transformation is performed on the created feature set to reduce high dimensional data associated with the feature set and a low dimensional feature space dataset is generated. A feature space transformation is performed on the low-dimensional feature space dataset to obtain a new feature space dataset with enhanced feature representation of the low-dimensional feature space dataset in a multi-dimensional space. The new feature space dataset results in optimal mapping of the input classical data into a quantum format. The new feature space dataset is sampled and batches of the sampled dataset are selected. The sampled dataset is mapped into an optimized quantum format for loading the sampled dataset into quantum states.
