Abstract: In one embodiment, availability times of a particular user may be obtained from an online calendar of that particular user, and based on a current time as applied to the availability times, a current availability status may be correspondingly determined. As such, a phone profile of the particular user may be set based on the current availability status and one or more phone profile policies, the phone profile policies defining phone-based parameters to be set according to particular availability statuses.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes obtaining, at a first location, a request to initiate a web conference. The request is obtained from a first party. The method also includes communicating with a second location configured to create the web conference based on the request, and determining when the web conference is created by the second location. If it is determined that the web conference is created by the second location, the method further includes issuing an invitation to at least a second party to invite the second party to participate in the web conference with the first party.

Abstract: In one embodiment, the systems and methods attend a collaboration session; detect content shared during the collaboration session; automatically record the content and a time stamp corresponding to the content; and play at least a portion of the content during the collaboration session.
