  • Publication number: 20160200079
Abstract: A multi-layer sheet material having at least one topcoat layer of plasticized polyvinyl chloride and at least one outwardly facing layer of lacquer on the topcoat layer, where the topcoat layer of the multi-layer sheet material contains from 50 to 100 wt % of at least one polyvinyl chloride and from 0 to 15 wt % of at least one crosslinking aid suitable for radiation crosslinking, and a calcium hydroxide stabilizer and/or a Ca/Zn stabilizer having from 0.5 to 10 wt % of calcium and from 0.5 to 10 wt % of zinc. The multi-layer sheet material is radiation crosslinked.

  • Patent number: 8641139
Abstract: A flexible flat structure has a flexible, flat resistance heating element that is connected to electrodes that are spaced apart from one another for supplying electrical current that is pressed on to the resistance heating element by staples or clamps in a force-fit manner and/or a form-fit manner and provides a more flexible connection.

  • Publication number: 20120258303
Abstract: A multi-layer sheet material includes at least one textile substrate layer, at least one foamed layer made of polyvinyl chloride containing plasticizer, at least one cover layer made of polyvinyl chloride containing plasticizer, and at least one coating layer facing outward on the cover layer. The invention further relates to a method for producing the multi-layer sheet material and to an interior trim part made of a sheet material for a vehicle. For a reduced tendency to yellow under high-temperature aging and for greater color fastness, the polyvinyl chloride fraction in the cover layer is based at least 50 wt% on a polyvinyl chloride that was produced according to the method of suspension polymerization (S-PVC), and the composition for the cover layer comprises a calcium hydroxide stabilizer and/or a Ca/Zn stabilizer that contains 1 to 3 wt% calcium and 1 to 2 wt% zinc.
