    Abstract: A multifunctional water outlet fitting for selectively dispensing service water and filtered drinking water has a fitting member having at least one water supply, a first outlet for service water which branches off from the fitting member, a second outlet for filtered drinking water which branches off from the fitting member and, for a drinking water filter, a filter receiving space through which water can flow connected to the second outlet so as to carry water. The filter receiving space is formed by a filter housing which is arranged at the end of the second outlet facing away from the fitting member, and the filter housing has a downwardly facing base in which there is formed a mouth opening, from which filtered drinking water can be removed. The filtered drinking water is consequently removed directly from the filter housing so that any formation of germs in a connected waterway is prevented.

    Abstract: The operating element (16) of a sanitary fitting has a temperature slide (20) and a flow rate slide (22). These two slides (20, 22) are movable back and forth along a first movement path (40) and a second movement path (42) respectively, in order to set, on the one hand, the temperature of the water and, on the other hand, the flow rate of the water. Sensors (54, 60) detect the location and the position of the temperature slide (20) and of the flow rate slide (22) and deliver corresponding temperature signals and flow rate signals to the electronic controller (56). This controller controls the valve bank (68) in such a way that water with the desired temperature and the set flow rate flows out of the sanitary fitting through the water outlet (28). Square or rectangular designs and a fitting (312) having virtual slide controls (340, 342) are also possible.

    Abstract: An extrusion tool for an extrusion press for manufacturing seamless, eccentric pipe sections—in particular pipe sections with circular outer and inner contours—from extrusion blocks, in particular from extrusion billets. The extrusion tool contains a container with a chamber with a longitudinal axis MR which accommodates the extrusion block, an extrusion stem which is introduced into the container chamber, and features a dummy block, a mandrel arm with a longitudinal axis MD forming the inner wall of the pipe-section, and a die with an opening with a longitudinal axis MM forming the outer wall of the pipe section. The mandrel arm is arranged such that it can be pushed out of the dummy block through the extrusion block up to or into the die opening. The mandrel arm in the position for extrusion is arranged eccentric in cross-section with respect to the container chamber and the die opening and the die opening is arranged eccentric in cross-section with respect to the container chamber.

    Abstract: The fitting with the hose shower comprises a fitting housing at which there is arranged a laterally actuatable control cartridge. Downstream of the control cartridge, viewed with respect to the direction of water flow, there is provided a safety device arranged above the control cartridge. Under normal operating conditions, water flows from the control cartridge via the safety device to an outlet. Under conditions rendering possible a backflow, a backflow preventer of the safety device cuts off the flow path of water and a pipe aerator connects the outflow line or conduit via an aeration path with the environment. As a result, there is precluded a backflow of water into the supply or feed line.

The assemblies include pairs of ceramic discs sealingly mounted against each other with ports extending therethrough which, in alignment, establish flow communication from a respective inlet to the mixing chamber. A thermally responsive element in the mixing chamber regulates the flow of water from the hot water inlet to the mixing chamber.
