  • Patent number: 10683857
Abstract: A pump device, in particular for a brake system of a motor vehicle, includes two hydraulic chambers, a linear drive, and a pump piston. Each of the chambers has at least two fluid connections. The pump piston interacts with the chambers. The linear drive is embodied as a reluctance drive and includes a longitudinally movable armature, a housing-fastened stator that is configured to receive current, and at least one spring element. The at least one spring element is associated with the armature, and is configured to counteract a drive force of the reluctance drive. The armature is connected to the pump piston.

    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Guenter Escher, Gerhard Stransky, Ben Ferguson, Dietmar Kratzer, Franz Mayer, Michael Specker, Stefan Achilles, Bernd Lutz, Alice Schacherl, Anton Paweletz, Hermann Bamberger, Roland Heller

  • Patent number: 6746218
Abstract: A compact electrohydraulic motor pump unit comprising a housing which forms a reservoir for a pressurized fluid and contains an electric motor, and which comprises a first housing sealing section, a second housing sealing section and a tubular housing mid-section therebetween. Disposed between the second housing sealing section and the electric motor is a support plate for a pump which can be driven by the electric motor via a motor shaft and by which pressurized fluid can be conveyed on a pressurized flow path to a delivery connection. In such a conventional type motor pump unit, a circumferential seal, which is intended to seal off the interior of the housing, is located both between the support plate and the housing mid-section and between the support plate and the second housing sealing section.

  • Patent number: 6589029
Abstract: A compact hydraulic supply unit has a housing forming a reservoir for a pressure fluid, and includes a housing bottom, a housing cover and a housing middle part therebetween in the form of a profiled tube. An electric motor has a laminated stator core held by the housing middle part, and drives a pump located at the housing bottom. The housing middle part has axially extending internal holding Webs for holding the laminated stator core. The size of the housing middle part is independent of the size of the electric motor, so that, with a low structural height, the housing can be so formed that it accepts a larger volume of pressure fluid.
