  • Publication number: 20070214408
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and Declarative Web Application (DWA) for creating an abstraction layer between a web page and the complicated syntax required to access data to display on the web page. The abstraction layer is implemented with eXtensible Markup Language (XML) tags that permit a web page using simple, non-compiled custom XML tags embedded in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) formatting commands to call complex data storage and search engine queries using a simple, declaratory statement via a XML tag. Use of the simple, declaratory XML statement removes the need for any scripting or other complex code from the web page that may require compilation and/or extensive verification testing for changes to the web page code. The resulting web pages and query definitions are easier and less expensive to maintain and extend.

  • Publication number: 20060053169
Abstract: A system and method for managing a data repository is described. One embodiment receives an index and metadata corresponding to a document and using the received metadata, identifies a rule that corresponds to the index. This embodiment next determines whether the document is a candidate document by comparing at least one of the plurality of knowledge set against the received index. And responsive to determining that the document is a candidate document, generating a tagged document. Finally, this embodiment determines whether the document satisfies the rule by comparing the tagged document against the definition that define the relationships between the plurality of knowledge sets.

  • Patent number: 6966939
Abstract: The invention describes a multi-layer filter structure and the use of a multi-layer filter structure for the dust removal from gases, wherein a coarse dust filter layer, a fine dust filter layer, and a support layer are disposed behind one another in the direction from the inflow side to the outflow side, and which is designed such that the fiber diameter distribution within the coarse dust filter layer and fine dust filter layer has a gradient, and that the fiber diameters of the coarse dust filter layer and fine dust filter layer continually decrease from the inflow side to the outflow side. This multi-layer filter structure may be used in a filter cassette for industrial dust removal, as well as in a stationary or mobile home dust cleaning device.
